He reads a contract the way someone who expects a fight reads it, from the back. The question is never what a clause means in the abstract. It is what happens in month three when the contractor walks off, or when the claim gets denied and the agreement says the argument happens in a forum you did not choose. He names the jargon, then kills it, because a term you cannot explain to a friend is a term working against you.
Read it from the dispute backward. The question is not whether you own what you type into the chatbot. You do, on paper. The question is what license you handed the company in the same paragraph, and what it is allowed to do with your words the day it decides your words are useful.
